What we do.
We are an active financial investor in case of
- Restructuring of conglomerates
- The development of German Mittelstand companies
- Privatisations
- Public-to-privates in connection with leveraged buyouts, in particular MBOs/MBls using equity and equity-like financing resources. Allianz Capital Partners is also active in financial restructuring of growth companies using mezzanine financing.
What we don´t do.
Due to its strategic alignment, Allianz Capital Partners is not active in start-up financing or operational restructuring (excluding MBIs).
ACP typically does not make direct equity investments in real estate, insurance, banking or content media.
